AVAILABILITY & PRICES

The annex is available throughout the year and for any period. 
However, for 2012 it is not available until at least 1 April and possibly not until 1 June.

Hire charge is calculated as a fixed amount of £25.00 plus a daily rate which varies through the year -

  1 April 2012 (but see above) to 18 May 2012 incl & 6 October 2012 to 31 December 2012 incl - £40.00 per day
  19 May 2012 to 28 June 2012 incl & 8 September 2012 to 5 October 2012 incl - £45.00 per day
  29 June 2012 to 7 September 2012 incl - £50.00 per day

The hire is for accommodation only.
We do not provide any food or other refreshments.

These rates are liable to change without notice until a deposit has been paid and the booking has been confirmed.
The deposit required is equal to £25 + 10% of the total of the daily rates.
